North Ridgeville council adopts ordinance creating chief prosecutor, maintenance foreman positions with emergency clause

North Ridgeville City Council on Jan. 6 adopted Ordinance 2025-1, amending Ordinance 2024-103 (Exhibits A and B) to create a chief prosecutor under the law department, a ground maintenance foreman under public works, and to revise certain part-time classifications and pay ranges in the division of parks and recreation. The council also added an emergency clause so the positions can be filled immediately.
