In an agency tutorial video, a presenter outlined how applicants should submit corrected plans and supporting documents after responding to review issues in the portal.
The presenter said applicants must first answer all open items in the Issues tab; when that is complete, a notice will indicate they can upload corrected plan sheets and supporting documents on the Uploads tab. The presenter instructed users to click the resume link next to the newest review package and upload only the sheets that changed rather than a full set.
The video explained that review packages are numbered (initial package, then packages 2, 3, 4, etc., for subsequent cycles) and that the Uploads view shows two columns of sheet thumbnails: the new version on the left and the previous version on the right. That side-by-side display is intended to make it easier to confirm the corrected sheet was submitted. The presenter warned that if sheet numbers change between cycles, a matching previous sheet will not appear and the system will not automatically link them.
If sheet numbers have changed only slightly, the portal will detect similarly numbered sheets and prompt the user to accept a recommended match. The presenter recommended including bookmarks or a table of contents with sheet numbers and titles in each plan file to improve the portal's ability to detect matching sheets.
After uploading, users click Continue to move to the Review step to finalize the submission for that correction review package. The presenter noted the portal will alert users if any sheets with attached issues were not included in the submittal and prompt them to take action. Finally, users click the Finish button to submit the correction review package.
The tutorial emphasized two operational points applicants should follow: do not change sheet numbers between cycles, and upload only the sheets that contain changes or corrections. The video did not provide agency contact information or deadlines.
