Cowlitz County opens 11 bids for Tower Road water main and Juanita Way booster pump station

The county did not take any award or contracting action at the meeting; Grayson concluded the reading by signaling the end of the bid opening. Cowlitz County staff will review and verify all submitted amounts and post the recommended action, if any, at a later date according to the county's procurement and contracting procedures.
