Grayson noted that one bidder’s reported total appeared incorrect and would need clarification: “Might have to get some clarification on that. This will have to be corrected for the specs, but it's over a $2,000,000 bid.”
The clerk closed the reading by stating the final bidder and concluding the bid opening.
The board did not take an award action during the meeting; staff said the official bid tabulation and any corrections would be provided by the county later.
