($1,560,357.57) and KR Homes LLC (announced figure unclear). Grayson also read a bid from Grade Works Excavating LLC that was garbled in the record and a bid from CR Construction LLC that required clarification.
“Is there someone here from CR Construction? Would you be able to — ” Grayson said when she could not confirm one figure, and later noted a bid would have to be corrected against the contract specs because it appeared to be over $2,000,000.
