The planning board voted to recommend approval by a 6–0 vote, and that recommendation will be forwarded to the Board of Commissioners at the regular meeting for formal consideration.
The board did not take a final vote at the Jan. 7 pre‑agenda meeting; the item was left on the regular meeting agenda for the public hearing and formal action.
