Developer says Ochre Point is nearing buildout after zoning, improvement district and sewer work

Anderson said the project team formed the Ochre Point Improvement District and has been coordinating with SPID for sewer service. “We are 4 miles from the closest sewer treatment facility,” Anderson said, and the development will require building about four miles of sewer pipeline to tie in to SPID’s system.…
