Guthrie also praised the unit’s role overseeing the annual Carol Stream Christmas sharing program and thanked Kathleen McNamara for providing information about the department’s work. He encouraged residents to check the village website (carolstream.org) for details and said he supports the department’s goal to expand outreach.
