On Eagle View Court, Walters said Public Works is preparing a contract for a design to remedy a direct connection to the sewer force main; he said the design contract will precede actual repairs, which the committee expects might take place in 2025 or 2026. Walters also said Public Works met with the falcon that will be used as part of a seagull control program; staff reported the bird is "very large and imposing," and a contract for the falconer should appear before council soon.
