The Village of Riverwoods Board of Trustees approved the minutes of the Dec. 17 board meeting and accepted the bills as presented during its Jan. 7 session. Both motions passed following standard motions and roll-call procedures.
Approval of the minutes passed on a voice vote after a motion, with no discussion recorded. The board then approved payment of bills; a roll-call vote recorded trustees voting aye (Trustees Dickens, Eastman, Hollander, Smith and Clayton) and the motion passed.
Finance staff said the village has begun work on the 2024 audit and will circulate a draft 2025 budget in February ahead of the March budget/appropriations ordinance. Staff also noted a $200,000 water infrastructure grant for which paperwork is being finalized for state submittal.
No additional formal actions were recorded under this agenda heading.
