Verona Plan Commission approves multiple site plans and plats, forwards 511 West Verona denial to Common Council

The Verona Plan Commission on Jan. 6 approved a series of plats and site plans affecting housing, office and medical development, and forwarded a separate recommendation to deny the 511 West Verona planned development to the Common Council.

Key approvals included a condominium plat for 33 units at 644 Liberty Drive; an amended site plan to relocate three office buildings and a food service building at 1979 Milky Way and a site plan to construct two additional office buildings as part of Epic Systems’ campus 6 at the same address; a site plan for a roughly 37,000‑square‑foot medical office west of County Highway 69 (approved with conditions to take effect on annexation, development agreement and certified survey map, and with post‑occupancy lighting and traffic conditions); and a 14,497‑square‑foot storage building and associated certified survey map at 1079 American Way (approved with conditions).
