She said the project began in July 2023, used code shared under an intergovernmental agreement with the City of Springfield to accelerate development, and that the city’s unique software development phase is now complete. The services are intended to cover software patches, bug fixes, integration issues with Niche, and minor development to make the system fault-tolerant. McCulloch named Tyler Riddle as the developer who performs the technical work. Council voted to adopt the resolution on an immediate vote; motion carried 6-0.
