Applicant representatives and the commission discussed whether outstanding staff issues could be resolved in time for a February meeting. An applicant representative said they had resolved prior staff comments and believed only single-family issues remained. One applicant speaker, Bill Dols of 2323 Ross Avenue, asked whether the project could meet a February schedule and said the team believed most issues were already resolved.
Commissioners expressed concerns about outstanding plan elements and said hearing feedback from staff and the commission would help clarify required adjustments. A motion to accept the applicant’s request to table the item to the Feb. 3 meeting passed 8-0. A separate motion to table agenda item 3B to the Feb. 3, 2025 Planning and Zoning Commission meeting also passed 8-0; Commissioner Bronsky made the motion for item 3B and Commissioner Ali seconded.
Commissioners said staff would continue review and that the applicant should return with revisions at the February meeting.
