School committee accepts donations, acknowledges winter coaches and approves draft 2025–26 calendar

The packet listed donor names and suggested purposes; one committee member asked who applied for the Elks grant and administrators said a teacher had applied and Sunny Shaw and Lisa Scavo helped facilitate communication with the donor.
The committee also acknowledged the winter coaches list (no approval required) and moved to accept it for the record.
On the draft 2025–26 calendar, members discussed minor formatting and pagination edits and approved the calendar as presented, with administration to update superintendent naming and specific school openings later if necessary. The committee approved the donations, coaches acknowledgment and the calendar by unanimous voice votes.
