Planning staff told commissioners the planning commission unanimously approved the final plan at its Oct. 17 meeting. The seven lots are approximately 5 to 6 acres each and the plat was presented for signature so applicants may file it with the county recorder and move forward with development.
Commissioners had no questions on the item and approved it by motion. County staff indicated the plat will return to the applicants for filing; no conditions or special requirements were discussed on the public record.
