Spokane City Council revises rules to allow testimony at committee meetings; approves appointments and climate committee term limits

Council President Betsy Wilkerson said the Spokane City Council began the year with changes to its internal rules to allow public testimony at committee meetings and approved several appointments as well as contracts and term limits affecting the Climate Sustainability Committee.
