East Canton reports water repairs, pothole needs and park tree work

The council also approved placing two new no-parking signs at the dead end of Summit to reduce parking that interferes with nearby apartments.
Council members discussed short-term measures such as cones over holes and door hanger outreach to residents after a public-education program was canceled; longer-term pavement work was flagged as likely necessary if short repairs continue to fail.
