Treasurer Kent Zeman conducted a roll‑call vote. Ms. Katzenberger, Ms. Shaughnessy, Mr. Callahan, Ms. Clark Sutton and Ms. Dotman voted aye; the resolution carried.
• Memorandum of understanding with OPC Local 134: The board approved, on one reading, a memorandum of understanding to extend the duration of the collective bargaining agreement with OPC Local 134. The board’s announcement described the MOU as matching the same pay increase and extension previously approved for other bargaining units. Roll call recorded unanimous ayes from members present and the motion passed.
