The change under consideration is zoning ordinance amendment application ZADASH2-2024, submitted by developer Mike Hachinacki. The Sylvania Municipal Planning Commission reviewed the application on Nov. 13, 2024, and unanimously recommended approval, the council heard at the public hearing.
