Alonso Contreras says he has paid restitution and completed courses as he seeks reinstatement of operator’s license

Alonso (Alonzo) Contreras appeared July 17 before the Structural Pest Control Board to seek reinstatement of his operator’s license, which he surrendered under a stipulated decision resolving first amended accusation number 2016-9.

Administrative Law Judge Nguyen Van Rooyen opened the hearing and Deputy Attorney General Tim McDonough summarized the documentary record, admitted exhibit 1 (the petition packet) and described the disciplinary history. McDonough recited that the board accepted the stipulated surrender on Aug. 17, 2016 and that the stipulation required payment of $6,000 in cost recovery prior to issuance of a new or reinstated license and required proof of specified restitution payments to individual consumers.
