At the Jan. 2, 2025 meeting, the City of Columbia Board of Zoning Appeals elected Catherine Fenner as chair and Davis Whittle as co-chair.

Acting staff circulated paper ballots at the meeting; nominations had been solicited by email in advance. The ballots were collected and counted during the session; the board announced the results later in the meeting. The chair position was awarded to Catherine Fenner and the co-chair position to Davis Whittle.

Board members then moved to adjourn the meeting following the announcement.
