Mister Dennis, identified in the public record as a committee member, said he wanted to make a motion to approve the advisory committee and discussed placing the item on a future agenda. Committee members and the clerk discussed whether a special meeting would be required; the clerk indicated that if the proposal were submitted it would be added to the Jan. 13 agenda. The committee proceeded by consensus to place the advisory-committee item on the Jan. 13 agenda for formal consideration.
