Parks board approves minutes, reappoints Cheryl as chair and elects Ellen Estree as vice chair

A member moved to reappoint Cheryl as chair for a second term; the nomination was seconded by Ellen Ussery and approved by voice vote. For vice chair, a member nominated Ellen Estree; Mary Sallee seconded that nomination and the board approved it by voice vote. The board also voted to keep subcommittee appointments as listed for the coming year; that motion passed by voice vote with no opposition.
