Cibolo mayor announces public‑works director retirement, hiring for planning head and upcoming events including Santa Claus Lane renaming

Mayor Mark Allen said at the Nov. 12 meeting that Tim Foos retired as Cibolo’s public works director effective Nov. 8 after roughly a dozen years of service and that the city is interviewing candidates for a new public works director and a new planning and economic development department head.
