Alex (Sustainability staff) told the committee that the City Council had approved fees to use city-owned electric vehicle chargers: 20¢ per kilowatt-hour with a $5-per-hour overstay fee after a one-hour grace period. Alex said the fee took effect the day before the committee meeting.
