- ARPA coordinator contract extension: Approved a 60‑day extension of the ARPA coordinator contract through March 3 (presented as a stopgap while position is re‑bid). (Approved by voice vote, unanimous.)

- Excess-capacity ARPA applications (obligation only): Commissioners approved obligating 11 unfunded excess capacity applications so they may receive surplus funds if they become available; the list and amounts were read into the record (total $5,105,575.58). (Approved by voice vote, unanimous.)

- GASB OPEB report acceptance: Accepted GASB statements report number 7475 for fiscal year 2024 (report shows OPEB liability of $35,703,506 after a $2,612,521 fiduciary payment). (Approved by voice vote, unanimous.)

- Register of Deeds election certification: Approved the certificate of election for William P. O'Donnell as register of deeds for a six‑year term, with certification and permission to stamp required documents. (Approved by voice vote, unanimous.)
