The City of Prattville Planning Commission on Dec. 19 postponed consideration of the East Memorial Baptist Street preliminary plat to its Jan. 16, 2025 meeting. Planning staff said the item had been advertised for the original date and staff would not send additional letters or re-advertise for the postponed hearing.

Staff asked interested parties to return on Jan. 16 at 3:00 p.m. in the same location; no other discussion or public comment was recorded on the agenda item at the Dec. 19 meeting.
