The board approved a motion to accept the minutes from the July 17, 2025 meeting with a correction to the attendance and adjournment entries.
Members identified that a board member, Doug, had been incorrectly marked as present and that the minutes should show a modification in the quorum and adjournment lines. A motion to approve the minutes with that modification was made, seconded and approved by the board.
At the close of the Oct. 15 meeting, a motion to adjourn was made and seconded; Board member Paul Baker voiced “Aye” during the vote and the meeting was adjourned.
