The Riviera Beach CRA Board unanimously approved Resolution 2025‑26, ratifying the agency's move into first‑floor Found Care office space at 3501 Broadway and formalizing plans for business and restaurant incubators in that location.
Jidel Murcias, executive director of the CRA, framed the item as a ratification of actions and discussions that took place during budget and implementation planning. Murcias said the resolution formalizes previously discussed arrangements and places the approvals on the record.
The CRA's director of procurement and legal counsel also indicated the resolution was intended to record and ratify existing decisions so they appear in the CRA's official documentation. The board voted 4–0 to approve the resolution.
The ratification allows CRA staff to occupy the Found Care first floor, operate business incubator suites and establish a restaurant incubator program in the space. Staff did not request additional CRA cash at the meeting; the resolution formalized occupancy and program plans already in motion.
Next steps: staff to implement the occupancy plan and launch the incubator programming in coordination with Found Care facility management.
