The traffic-signal contract covers removal and replacement of traffic signals along the West Mason Street corridor between Country Club Road and Hinkle Street and at the intersection of West Mason Street, Frontage Road and Hinkle Street. The DPW told the committee the work is in the 2025 capital improvement plan and is funded largely by a WISDA grant; the memo lists the grant covering roughly 90% of the project cost, with a 10% local cost share.
