It granted a 90-day transfer hardship for Salt and Lime, LLC (Salt and Lime) at 1718 Thames Street after counsel said permit backlogs had delayed required clearances. The board also approved a new Class B beer, wine and liquor restaurant license with live entertainment for Play Baltimore at 6820 Eastern Avenue; the applicant said the venue will employ 15–20 people and operate food service with an upstairs area for live entertainment.
