At the Oct. 22 hearing the property owners of 32 Adamson Avenue (Marsha and Saul Jordan) appeared and acknowledged parking multiple vehicles on their residential property. Staff said the citation alleges automotive repair and unregistered vehicles stored in the front setback; photos in the file show several cars, and staff told the hearing that the owner had been given prior notices dating to 2024.

The owners said they are moving most cars to another property in Stratford/Bridgeport within a few weeks and that one or two vehicles used for daily transport will remain registered and parked on the driveway. Staff recommended, and the hearing officer agreed, to continue the matter for one month to allow the owners to relocate the vehicles and to bring the property back into compliance.

Outcome: continued to Dec. 3, 2025, for staff to verify removal of unregistered vehicles and removal of any signs of automotive repair activity visible from the public way. If vehicles remain or repair activity continues, staff indicated enforcement and fines could follow.
