Board members also clarified that minutes from a separate hearing were not yet prepared and therefore were not included in the package approved at the meeting.
Following brief discussion and the requested corrections, a motion to approve the first 10 sets of minutes identified in the agenda was moved and seconded. The motion carried unanimously.
The meeting record shows the board took the vote on the minutes before moving on to the next agenda item.
