The board approved the first payment to Pembroke Companies for the 2025 sidewalk repair project B, covering ramp improvements at the intersection of Sixth and Jackson, in the amount of $33,003. Board Member 1 moved to approve; Board Member 3 seconded. The motion carried on three “Aye” votes.
The board also approved pay estimate number 7 to Pembroke Companies for the 2025 downtown mall redevelopment Phase 2 in the amount of $596,420.22. The item was reviewed by Core, the board’s consultant. Board Member 1 moved to approve; Board Member 2 seconded, and the motion carried on three “Aye” votes.
After the pay estimates, Board Member 1 moved that the board go into closed session “pursuant to Section 19.85(1)(g) of the Wisconsin Statutes for the purpose of deliberating on claims.” Board Member 2 seconded. The board voted in favor and proceeded into closed session.
