The proposed ordinance removes some references indicating the city was a joint member of a larger organization and instead codifies the city's local emergency management structure and responsibilities. Staff invited questions but no substantive objections were raised in the agenda review. Staff indicated further materials and formal ordinance language would be provided on the upcoming agenda for council consideration.
