County engineer reports emergency railroad repairs, bridge closures and upcoming local road events

Shaffer said he had followed up with the Ohio Department of Transportation district deputy director about an interchange area at Market Street and Route 82 and that county crews would coordinate needed equipment. He also noted a recent meeting with Kimberly-Clark about future projects in the county and said commissioners could expect further items as discussions continue with the company.
