Staff presented the applicant's packet but noted the submission primarily contained electrical information from the applicant's electrician and lacked details on the doors, windows and exact proposed locations for the lights. Commissioners identified questions about whether windows or doors would be replaced or removed and where the gooseneck lights would be mounted on the gable; the applicant was not present to answer.
One commissioner said, "I'd say we need more information," and a motion to table CA25039 passed on roll call with yes votes from Linda Henry, Pete Lynch, Roger White, Whit Wardell and David Craycraft. Staff will email the applicant requesting details on any window or door changes, exact light locations and additional photographs of all four sides of the shed for the next month's meeting. The applicant may resubmit when the materials are complete.
