Items approved on the consent agenda included minutes for Aug. 18 and Aug. 25, 2025; an award for the Lehi service line replacement project to Utilities 1 Inc. in the amount of $658,318; awards for the 2025 PFAS water-main improvements (Schedule 1 to Newman Construction for $420,550; Schedules 2 and 3 to Sandry Construction for $1,398,057 and $3,847,954 respectively); award of two police interceptor vehicles to Devolve Ford for $134,748; and authorization of a third-party ambulance billing contract with Pintler Billing Services (amount not specified in meeting remarks).
Also on the consent agenda were second readings of Ordinance 19-41 (Silver Brook Village PUD amendment to allow increased density of 198 units) and Ordinance 19-42 (amendment to municipal code Chapter 17 on motor vehicles and traffic regarding short-term school parking). The council also advanced zoning items for Ashley Creek Park (Ordinances 19-43 and 19-44 for initial zoning and a zone change at 301 Fenway and related parcels).
On the regular agenda the council approved a public safety building remodel project, awarding the contract to Precision Builders for $379,000.
