Staff described the approved plan as substantially consistent with the preliminary plan approved by city council (ORD 25-011). The development is composed of duplex and four-unit buildings only (council removed six-plex buildings in earlier action) with a mix of two- and three-bedroom units, private streets, clubhouse amenities, a pool, dog park, and a pickleball court.
