Separately, the commission voted to place Legistar 89762 (a proposed 48‑unit, 8‑story apartment building at 120–126 N. Orchard St. and adjacent addresses in Alder District 8) on file without prejudice at the applicant’s request; the public hearing was opened and closed administratively and the item will return later in the process.
The commission also referred Legistar 809236 (136 W. Wilson St., Alder District 4 — a proposed 16‑story, 320‑unit building requiring Capitol View preservation exceptions) to the applicant’s requested date and recorded that referral on consent.
Commissioners also approved a correction to the printed agenda to show 91 units (not 36) for a subsequent item (item 10), and the meeting schedule through December was reiterated by staff. All motions on the consent and administrative items were recorded as approved without objection.
