Staff reports Ridgeview construction progress and 2027 Banker Road relocation timeline

Planning staff provided project updates on June 24: Ridgeview Estates has closed on a second lot (one of two four-unit townhome buildings) and a building permit has been issued; Ridgeview Lofts, a three-story multifamily building, has footing and foundation in place and the city will post weekly construction updates on its website.
Staff also said the city is in the design phase for relocating Banker Road; that relocation is scheduled for construction in 2027 and will create a connection enabling the Trillium extension to tie into the relocated road. The relocation will connect Campus Drive to Hoard Road and also address the northern piece of Marigold.
Commissioners asked about timing for the Trillium phase; staff confirmed the 2027 construction schedule for Banker Road and said the Trillium connection and residential phase will follow when the roadway construction is completed.
