A plan commissioner on June 24 asked that the minutes from the June 10 Plan Commission meeting not be approved at tonight’s meeting so the commissioner could provide suggested edits clarifying comments about a proposed multiuse building in Clement Business Park.
The commissioner said the draft minutes were “very top level” and omitted details about signage, access and pedestrian connections discussed during the June 10 meeting, and offered to provide redlined edits to Clerk Evert. The chair agreed and the commission did not take action on the June 10 minutes; staff will incorporate the suggested edits and return the revised minutes for review at the next meeting.
The record shows the commission deferred action to ensure the public record captures additional detail the commissioner considered relevant to potential tenants and members of the public who later review the minutes.
