Board members were presented with a package of data at the meeting: seven-year enrollment trends, current building utilization based on state maximum-capacity figures, and projected personnel impacts tied to average-daily-membership (ADM) changes. Staff reported the district’s kindergarten-through-12 enrollment is down several hundred students from last year; human-resources staff projected a reduction of certified positions if that trend continues.
