The Idaho House Health and Welfare Committee voted to send HR 8, a concurrent resolution approving temporary rules considered earlier in the session, to the full House with a due-pass recommendation. Representative Marco Erickson, R-Idaho Falls, introduced the measure and described it as a housekeeping action reflecting committee work done earlier in the session.
The resolution, as presented, would approve the set of temporary rules the committee reviewed and would adopt two items the committee had rejected into the section identified in the resolution. Representative Erickson said the resolution “is approving all of the temporary rules that we approved and also 2 that we rejected that are in this section.”
Representative Rasier moved to send HR 8 to the floor with a due-pass recommendation. The committee conducted a voice vote and the chair announced the motion passed. No detailed roll-call tally was recorded in the committee transcript.
