House committee advances bill to require agricultural producers on winter feeding advisory committees

Representative Josh Wheeler, sponsor of the bill, told the committee, “Senate Bill 10 11 strengthens the effectiveness of Idaho's winter feeding advisory committees ... it ensures that at least 1 member of each district committee is an agricultural producer.” He said the bill also “clarifies that the committee members shall be residents of the district that the committee is dealing with.”
