Duffin told the committee that these advisory boards followed notice requirements (meetings publicly noticed at least five days in advance) and that no substantive comments were received during the ZBR rewrite process for these allied-health chapters.
Ending: The committee concluded its docketed rule review and adjourned with notice that DEQ rules will be considered at the next meeting. The allied-health rule chapters will be filed for final adoption consistent with the division's rule-filing timeline.
