House Education Committee introduces RS31867 to limit classroom flags to U.S. and Idaho emblems

The House Education Committee introduced RS31867, a legislative request from Representative Ted Hill, that would designate the American flag and the Idaho state flag as the primary flags permitted inside public school classrooms.
