Panel introduces bill to merge two long-term care licensing boards

"This piece of legislation is to merge 2 current boards. It's the board of examiners for nursing home administrators and the board of examiners for residential care facility administrators," Healy said. "This comes with a combination of boards into 1 board of long term care. We'll go into more detail when we do the print."
A committee member—recorded in the transcript as Representative Rubell—moved to introduce RS 31,812. The chair called for a voice vote, members responded “aye,” and the chair announced the motion carried and RS 31,812 was introduced.
