On the board’s request, the committee voted to reject two dockets (identified in committee as docket numbers 8011112401 and 80202401) after a motion by Senator Ward Engelking, seconded by Senator Carlson. The committee then voted to approve docket 0804012401, governing the Idaho Digital Learning Academy, on a motion by Senator Summerall with a second by Senator Ward Engelking. The committee also approved docket 47-0101-2401 after a motion and second.
Committee Chair and staff handled the procedural votes on the dockets; Mr. Reber said the state board had asked that the two dockets be pulled back and rejected. The committee announced a short follow‑up meeting scheduled for the next day to consider additional print introductions and rule items.
