North Miami Mayor and City Council approved three monthly lobbying contracts and granted several site-plan approvals at their Jan. 14, 2025 regular meeting, City Clerk Vanessa Joseph said in a public recap.
Joseph said the council approved agreements with three lobbying firms — The Southern Group of Florida, Becker & Poliakoff, and Ronald L. Book, P.A. — each for $6,670 per month.
The council also approved a site-plan application for a public self-storage development at 1905 Northeast 146th Street, west of Biscayne Boulevard, Joseph said.
